Coronavirus has turned the world upside down. Many businesses are struggling. Others have gone bankrupt. Unemployment has skyrocketed to levels not seen since the Great Depression.
While many businesses are struggling to pay the bills, other businesses or professionals in the same industry are thriving. What are their secrets?
They are thinking differently. They are employing powerful new strategies to stand out from the crowd, to deliver their value propositions effectively and to reach new audiences.
They are investing in their people and are empowering their people to use new strategies to attract and retain new customers and to get more business from existing customers.

My only compensation will be the knowledge that I reached out and helped another human being, or possibly hundreds of people in a company, during these challenging times.
